Drawing from the psychological learning model of the Behavior Modification Program, this distinctive approach combines effective communication techniques with a structured progression of theatrical exercises. Using role-play and improvisation, these exercises simulate real-life professional scenarios, allowing participants to develop skills in a context that mirrors their personal work environment. This training is best viewed as personalized coaching within a group format.

The I.D. Boost each participant’s confidence and effectiveness, whatever their initial level of English

Help French speakers recognize the nuances of meaning, intent, and emotion conveyed through English expressions – such as tone, volume, and phrasing

Equip French speakers to accurately interpret English communication, enabling them to respond naturally and spontaneously

Encourage personal expression – jokes, sarcasm, idioms, sincerity – to help participants build relationships and communicate with ease in English

Empower participants to navigate confidently and communicate naturally and effectively in pursuit of their professional and personal goals through realistic simulations with professional English-speaking actors (role plays)

Help participants strengthen their public speaking, negotiation, leadership, and project management skills by navigating high-pressure scenarios
